1) Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, sign up for our newsletter, submit an intake form, or make a payment.We follow privacy practices consistent with Canada’s private-sector privacy requirements (including principles such as identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, safeguards, openness, and access).

Newsletter

  • Email address (and, if you provide it, your name and preferences).

Intake forms

  • Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number)

  • Basic information you choose to provide about your needs or interests (non-health at this time)

  • Any other details you include in your message or form responses

Payments

  • Transaction details (e.g., amount, date/time, product/service selected)

  • Billing/contact details needed to process the transaction
    Payment card information is handled through our payment processing providers; we do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our website and related services are hosted and operated using Wix and its infrastructure. Wix may store or process site visitor information in multiple jurisdictions (including, for example, the United States, Ireland, and other locations used for service delivery).  If your information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or other electronic updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting our Privacy Lead.

We aim to comply with Canada’s anti-spam rules (CASL), including consent and unsubscribe requirements for commercial electronic messages.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate, subject to limited exceptions under law. You may also withdraw consent (where applicable), subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

12) Children and minors

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact our Privacy Lead.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when changes were made.
